Individual Therapy Services

Individual sessions are offered via telehealth to adults only.

New clients are accepted on a case by case basis pending availability and appropriate fit. All interested individuals are required to complete an inquiry form and a FREE 15-30 minute phone/video consultation.

Wellness Visists

Mental health wellness visits are available to first responders. Wellness visits are NOT fitness-for-duty evaluations and do not qualify for pre-employment or disability requirements.

Wellness visits are 1 hour non-diagnostic sessions with a mental health professional to establish a working relationship.

Trainings

Trainings available for First Responder agencies including Peer Support trainings, Wellness, Trauma-Informed Service, and Mental Health 101.

Self-Pay Rates:

15/30 Minute Initial Consultation - FREE

60 Minute Initial Intake Assessment - $150

50 Minute Individual Follow-up Sessions - $100

In-network status may depend on your specific insurance plan and location. If utilizing insurance, fees will be determined by client's insurance and coverage. These are client's responsibility to confirm prior to services.
