Individual Sessions

I currently offer individual sessions via telehealth to adult individuals living in Indiana, Kentucky, Colorado & Iowa.

New clients are accepted on a case by case basis pending availability, acuity, and appropriate fit. All interested individuals are required to complete an inquiry form and a FREE 15-30 minute phone/video consultation.

First responders receive priority scheduling and will be offered a consultation within the next business day.

Self-Pay Fees:

15/30 Minute Initial Consultation - FREE

60 Minute Initial Intake Assessment - $150

50 Minute Individual Follow-up Sessions - $100

In-network status may depend on your specific insurance plan and location. If utilizing insurance, fees will be determined by client's insurance and coverage. These are client's responsibility to confirm prior to services.

Consulting/Supervision

I have provided a variety of trainings to first responders and medical professionals in the areas of crisis de-escalation, safety planning, vicarious trauma, psychosis, trauma-informed care, basic mental health assessments, and wellness.

I am available for trainings and conferences on a select basis.
